Introduction
TM25 aluminum profile tenon milling machine is a new type of curtain wall processing machine. The workbench is large enough to mill and cut 10 to 21 pieces of profiles at one time, which greatly improves the working efficiency. 1. Parker aluminum curtain wall tenon milling machine is easy to operate and can adjust size accurately. Its milling precision reaches about 0.1 mm.
2. This aluminum profile end milling machine is equipped with a pneumatic spray mist blade lubrication system.
3. Four milling cutters are installed in axes of the three main electro motors. This can adjust the cutting height to fit for aluminum materials.
4. The tenon milling machine is fitted with six sets of cutting tools that can be combined freely to any size according to customers' requirements. Two sets of them can be adjusted in the range of 180°.
5. This aluminum profile end milling machine moves smoothly and realizes stepless speed adjustment. The blade retracts quickly, saving lots of non-production time.
