Classification of Insulating Glass Coating Machine
1. TCC300A Two Component Coating Machine
It is a special machine spreading two-component polysulphide sealant when making aluminum groove type insulating glass and curtain wall glass. The main and auxiliary pumps are activated by hydraulic lubrication oil and compressed air. This insulating glass sealing machine is controlled by no-touch-point electric control system.
2. TCC200 Two Component Coating Machine
This glass coating machine features high automation, high efficiency and low fault rate. Pumps and other main parts are imported with high quality. It is often used with rotary coating table.
3. BC-10 Butyl Coating Machine
This insulating glass sealing machine is an important equipment for insulating glass production line. It is also available for arc aluminum spacer. Controlled by PLC, digital display system can show us the quantity of the glue automatically.
4. BC-8 Butyl Coating Machine
This glass coating machine adopts the imported hydraulic and pneumatic supercharging system. Butyl spreading is well-proportioned and the linearity is good. Temperature and pressure can be adjusted automatically.

Service
1. Parker provides one year guarantee time. During the warranty period, we supply free repair for insulating glass sealing machines. But for some wearing parts, such as milling cutter, saw blade, electromagnetic valve, belt and chain, the express fee should be paid by the buyer.
2. We try our best to deal with any question about our glass coating machines.
3. If our customers need our company to send engineers to test machines and to train their workers, they should pay for our engineers' round trip tickets, board and lodging during testing and teaching, and subsidy USD 40 per day.

Delivery Time
